Refrigerant R134-A

R134a refrigerant is used for refrigeration and air conditioning applications in medium and high temperature cooling. It is used in air conditioning systems in residential buildings, domestic refrigeration equipment, in commercial equipment (refrigerators, freezers, vending machines, refrigeration units for air conditioning of industrial buildings) and in refrigerated transport. In addition, R134a continues to be used in the automotive industry, in the air conditioning systems of older generation cars. R134a is a popular component of many HFC blends.

Refrigerant R407C

R407C refrigerant is a mixture of HFC32, HFC125 and HFC134a. R407C can be an alternative to R22 refrigerant.

R407C refrigerant is used for cooling at higher temperatures.

Refrigerant R404A

R404a refrigerant is used in air conditioning and refrigerated transport, industrial refrigeration (cold stores, freezers) and commercial refrigeration. R404a is an HFC blend commonly used in low and medium temperature refrigeration applications such as commercial refrigeration. Due to its high GWP, the use of R404a is very limited. An alternative substitute may be to choose a lower GWP refrigerant such as R449a, R448a, R407f, R407h. Popular applications for R404a refrigerant are commercial refrigeration (freezers, cold cabinets, vending machines), transport and industrial refrigeration.

Refrigerant R410A

R410A refrigerant (UN 1078) is a mixture of HFC32 and HFC125. R410A is a possible alternative to R22 refrigerant. It has good thermodynamic properties compared to R22 refrigerant,
but its higher pressure characteristics allow it to be used only in new equipment specifically designed for R410A refrigerants.
